The model matters, but no model guarantees a good book by itself. ToC Works selects a production model and places it inside a focused long-form process. The quality advantage comes from your approved structure, consistent instructions, bounded section tasks, evidence requirements, and review gates—not from asking you to find the right model or repeatedly rebuild context in separate chats.

It should be more consistent and easier to evaluate as a complete work because every section is generated against the same structure and production standard. It can still be uneven, incomplete, or mistaken.
