How TOC Works handles your information.

Information we collect

• Basic account identity supplied through sign-in, such as name and email address.
• Tables of contents, source materials, instructions, generated editions, manual drafts, anchored editorial notes, comments, and support correspondence.
• Uploaded and generated artwork, generation prompts, captions, attribution, rights-holder information, source URLs, and license declarations.
• Operational records such as quotes, generation status, model usage, publication versions, legal acceptance, and publication activity.
• Payment status and transaction references from Stripe. TOC Works does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

How information is used

We use this information to secure accounts, calculate quotes, generate and host works, process support and feedback, prevent abuse, maintain records, improve the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

TOC Works uses service providers for identity, hosting, generative computing, research, email or support, and payment processing. Information is shared only as needed for those functions or when required by law. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

Access, portability, and deletion

Creator works are private unless the creator chooses another visibility. Creators can export their current work, change its visibility, disable reader downloads, or delete all their works and associated TOC Works account data from Creator Studio. Account deletion removes every work from the active service; it is not a single-work deletion. Limited security backups, payment records, abuse-prevention records, and information another provider must retain may remain for operational or legal reasons before being deleted under their normal schedules.
